Our ladies played the last game of the VACS trophy at Vale de Pinta today.  We had a 13 point lead before play started toda,y with Carvoeiro Club and Vila Sol only one point apart.  Today Carvoeiro Club had 163pts. SDM 161  Vila Sol 142  and Alto 139.   

3 ladies from SdM featured in the individual prizes today. Ginny Evans Barrow was 1 st with 36pts.  Lynn Cook 5th with 32 pts and Marja Chapman 6th with 32 pts.   Overall points over the 4 games were. 4th place Alto 283.    3rd place  Vila Sol 584.  2nd place Carvoeiro Club 606 and THE WINNERS. SdM with 617.   We hold the trophy for one year and won a trophy to keep in the cabinet.  Well done SdM ladies!
