Sundays ride saw the Famous Five, Don, Gary, Warren, Ray and Steve set off on what was to be their longest ride to date. Starting in Lagoa we cycled to Silves then cross country towards the Barregem do Arade. The climb over the dam is very steep, 13% in places, this is new territory for some!
The obligitory coffee stop in Messines followed shortly after by Tea with the Taylors. The fast becoming tradition of calling in at members houses for tea and biscuits needs more invitations! If you would like to feed and water a group of cyclists on a Wednesday or Sunday please get in touch!
